I'm the founder of ANCHOR Consulting. Over thirteen years I've worked at the intersection of IT, operations and logistics, across four shipping companies and international projects spanning Brazil, Germany and Sweden. I've managed product backlogs, stepped into interim project management, led global change programmes reaching hundreds of users, and coordinated cross-regional rollouts end to end.
What drives that work is a habit of staying curious. I don't think thirteen years of experience is ever the whole answer, so I keep looking outward: at how other people, other industries and other disciplines solve problems, and at what that can teach me about running transformation differently. That's what took me back to studying, and I recently completed an MSc in Cyberpsychology, researching the psychological and societal impact of AI bias. I've kept that research going since, not as an academic exercise but as part of how I develop myself and how I help clients think through what responsible, human-centred AI adoption actually looks like in practice.
I moved to Hällefors, Sweden in 2026 after ten years in Germany, and I'm building ANCHOR Consulting from here: remote-first, open to hybrid or on-site work anywhere in Sweden, and available to travel further across the EU when a project calls for it.
